Our Fall 2026 seminar series explores how gender intersects with systems of power, and how individuals and movements work to reshape these systems to advance social change. Academic speakers from gender studies, sociology, organizational behavior, philosophy, and related disciplines will present research on various topics, including women-led movements, workplace equity, sexual harassment, political change, and allyship. These conversations will examine the changing dynamics of gender, power, and social change in organizations and societies.
